You can alter your destiny

What is the secret to success? What is the key to building an organization with depth and longevity? The answer lies not so much in what we do but in a character trait that needs to be possessed. This trait will draw people to us like a magnet! It will produce confidence and people everywhere will want what we have. It comes from within, and gives us a passion for our product and business.

The key to prosperity is ENTHUSIASM!!!!!! It is our enthusiasm that sells. It is the key to recruiting. Recruiting can be fun, as we never go out to recruit but enthusiastically recruit when we go out. Enthusiasm is contagious. We can alter our destiny by developing an energetic personality.

Do we lift the energy level in a room of people when we enter it? Do we smile with our eyes shining so that others will want to follow us? When asked, "how are you today" do we respond in the positive "great", no matter how bad we feel? During our telephone conversations can others "hear" our enthusiasm? Do we greet everyone with a firm handshake and a smile? Are we able to create positive feelings in others by enthusiastically serving them? If we have a complaint, do we always take it upline- so as to not spread negativity through our entire organization and self destruct our business?

These are just a few of the many ways we can create more energy. We all have different levels of enthusiasm, just be who you are, only more fully. Turn up the level in which you live. I have found that I can "fake it"... if I act enthusiastic, and I feel enthusiastic.

Nothing great in life can be accomplished without enthusiasm, and without it we cannot succeed. With it, we cannot fail. If we enthusiastically share our product and business opportunity we will experience growth, and we will be successful.
