Business Surveying

Wow! I'm excited. People wanting to help people! Maybe we do have something here.

For business surveys I get a clipboard and stand on a corner and ask people if they have 30 seconds for a survey. If they say yes, here is what I ask.

1. Do you currently own, or have you ever owned, your own business?

1a. If not, have you ever dreamed of owning your own business?
( ) Yes ( ) No

2. What kind of work do you do right now?

3. What do you like most about your current occupation?
( ) A. Your Current Income ( ) D. Helping Others
( ) B. Your Time Freedom ( ) E. Your hours
( ) C. The People You Work With/For( ) F. Other

4. What do you like least about your current occupation?
( ) A. Your Current Income ( ) D. The Stress Involved
( ) B. Your Time Freedom ( ) E. Your hours
( ) C. The People You Work With/For ( ) F. Other

5. Do you plan on staying in your present occupation until you retire?
( ) Yes ( ) No

6. How much do you think it would cost to open your own business?
( ) $5,000 or less ( ) $10,000 ( ) $25,000( ) $50,000 or more

7. How many hours a week would you put into your own business?

8. Do you consider yourself open-minded and self-motivated?
( ) Yes ( ) No

9. If it were possible to work a business part-time for 10 - 15 hours a week with no risk factor, and within a 2 - 4 year period be able to achieve TOTAL FINANCIAL AND TIME FREEDOM, would you take 45 minutes out of your life to take a look at it?

I get their name and number and contact them to setup an appointment. It's great because the leads are pre-screened. I can get over 10 names an hour if I stay outside in in high traffic area. Don't try this where you are on private property. People may get ticked off!
