11 Ways to Fail at MLM
By Dave Burniston

Here are some of the things you can do to fail in your MLM endeavours...
- Sign with a company that is less than 2 years old and risk the company failing due to financial or growth management problems.
- Pick a company that doesn't have consumable products so you don't have monthly repeat sales.
- Pick an upline that promises to support you, but pretty much leaves you to your own devices.
- Assume that no one else you know would be interested in the products or opportunity, so don't approach your warm market.
- Assume you know more about running your business than the members of your upline who are doing it successfully and don't do the things they recommend.
- Spend all your time doing support things like paperwork instead of concentrating on sales and recruiting.
- Don't commit to giving it your best effort for at least 6 months and give up after a month or two. Many businesses consider breaking even after 2 years or more to be doing well.
- Find all sorts of reasons to do things other than work on your business.
- Don't personally use the products you're trying to sell.
- Listen to and believe all the reasons people tell you why you can't succeed in this type of business.
There are others. The point is that it takes effort to succeed in MLM just like in any other business. That's why you should treat your MLM endeavour as a business. It requires less startup capital, advertising expenses and time than many other businesses, but the rewards can be great.
If you'd like to have the support of a fantastic upline with an opportunity that is in my opinion second to none, e-mail me for details.
